End of the 2009 season 25/11/2009

A great climax to the royal season, with the last three clutches producing some Kingpins and Lemonblasts. The last of the Kings and Lemonblasts literally left their eggs last night, so I'll be posting some photos, once they've completed their post hatch shed.

I've decided to start my cooling late again this year and that process will be started at the weekend. Having sold off most of my adult carpet breeders in the summer, I'm now looking to concentrate on my Moluccans and Diamonds this year, with a concerted effort to produce some eggs......hopefully viable.

Having given them the year off, my womas should produce a decent clutch again and my nemesis, the ringed pythons, will again be given the opportunity to produce some offspring.

The royal breeding programme will take another jump up in 2009/10, with a combination of base morphs and double and treble combos being targeted. If I get as lucky with the odds as I did this year, we should see some interesting babies. Bring on 2010!
